Having Fun with Inlay.. This barrettes is made from Manitoba Maple Burl and has a Lapis stone inlay Dolphin splashing out of an ocean made from Turquoise and golden glass beads. The upper horizon is 100% natural edged.

Banksia Pod (A)  :  Turquoise
Here is an Australian Classic: Banksia Pod. During my travels to Australia, I hand-selected some very exquisite samples of Banksia Pod to bring back to Canada. This fruit/kernel/nut (?) is synonymous with Australia and it was named after Lord John Banks who helped in the discovery and botanical documentation of Australia.

Banksia Pod is a piece of Down Under at its best. This piece of wood is a must have for the barrette lover.

I have added some real Turquoise to the seed flutes... An Arizona touch... but in barrette form.. a BarretteBaron original!
